Lifetime Warranty
Red River Traders LLC offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our products. We build our products to last — and if ours doesn’t, we make it right.
What Is Covered
- Vacuum insulation failure (bottle no longer keeps temperature)
- Broken or faulty lids, seals, or closures due to manufacturing defect
- Cracking, peeling, or flaking of the finish under normal use
- Structural defects in the product body
- Any defect in materials or workmanship
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, dents from drops)
- Damage from improper cleaning (e.g. bleach, abrasive scrubbers)
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email info@redrivertraders.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no charge
- No need to return the defective item in most cases
No Receipt Required After 90 Days
For purchases older than 90 days, we do not require a receipt. Your name and the product description are sufficient for us to process your claim.
