Manufacturing defects — insulation failure, broken seals, faulty lids. Normal wear such as dents or scratches from daily use are not covered.
Standard: 5–7 days. Expedited: 2–3 days. Overnight: next business day if ordered by 12 PM EST. All orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Most lids and containers are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Hand-wash insulated bottles and mugs to preserve the finish.
