Return Policy
At Red River Traders LLC, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.
Eligibility
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@redrivertraders.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. Email returns@redrivertraders.com and mention you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original item.
